STUDIO CLASSES

  • MONDAY 5.45 – 7.00 PM. General Level.
  • SATURDAY 8.00 – 9.30 AM. General/Experienced Level.
    At least 2 years of current Iyengar yoga experience is required to attend this class.

PRIVATE CLASSES

  • These sessions are booked in blocked dates of 5 or 8. The dates are flagged for these individual classes which are available in person OR online.
