Private classes are more bespoke with the aim of delivering more personalised tuition which will help develop the asanas more specifically for your body.
Working on the range of core foundation asanas and building up from there whilst factoring in any physical injuries, limitations or conditions. Taking time and care to work more specifically with individual needs.
If you’re a beginner you’ll start with learning the basic foundation asanas, or postures. If you’ve done some yoga already, then you will be familiar with various asanas and be able to continue building more concisely.
Private Classes at Home or office
1 hour. Up to 2 people can attend per session. I would recommend a room with good ventilation or an outside space is also fine providing it’s not in the hot sun or cold weather.
You will need to supply your own yoga mat, blocks and strap etc. I will travel within a 15km radius of the Sydney CBD. Bookings are essential.
Costs A block of 5 pre-booked dates $475. Single session $115.
Private Classes in Studio
1 hour. Up to 2 people can attend per session. You will need bring your own yoga mat and towel, everything else is provided. Studio times are limited due to classes running in popular times. Please be in touch to work out available days and times. Bookings are essential.
Costs A block of 5 pre-booked dates $600. Single session $130.
Private Sessions on zoom
1 hour. Up to 2 people can attend each session. These sessions are best for people with some foundational yoga experience. You will need to have ready props and mats etc. A bolster and chair would also be good prop additions!
You will be sent a link via email to the zoom video ‘meeting’ link 1 hour before your agreed session start time. Please position your mat in view of the device you are using and angle it down around 45 degrees and be ready to start at least 10 minutes before.
