Online Intensive in August

August 17-21. Monday to Friday. 7.15 – 8.30 AM.

Join in from home as we head into spring for a 5 morning intensive online. This is a time when we are emerging out of winter so it’s a great opportunity to step up the practice and get the body moving.

The intensive will include a range of asana sessions to help the body open up and moisturise whilst enhancing more strength and stability. Then into quiet and calm. In yoga, we can have both, just what we need for our early spring practice!

Other information:
*Yoga is done on an empty stomach. Please ensure to allow at least 3 hours after a main meal. 
*Please advise via email of any physical limitations or conditions before attending.
*Sessions open 5 minutes before the start time.
