General/ Experienced Level 2/3 – weekly class. A minimum 2-5 years experience required.
To join please book & pay via the RYS website OR message me to say when you’re coming and we will get you set up. You can bring your own mat or use the studio equipment provided.
About Redfern Yoga Space
Address: Level 1, Suite 9, 611 – 617 Elizabeth Street, Redfern.
RYS is a 120 sqm fully equiped Iyengar yoga studio. There is 2 hour free parking right out the front and in the surrounding streets and it’s around a 10 minute stroll from either Central or Redfern stations.
The building is heritage listed and was originally a wool store warehouse, so it has excellent natural ventilation, high ceilings, wood floors and is quite a bit cooler in summer and warmer in winter. It’s unique, airy and ready for you and your yoga. The room also has cooling in the summer, aircon and fans, and heating in the winter. The building is secure and there is a buzzer on street level which you press for entry when you arrive for class.
