This Autumn we will revisit this very special location in the the Southern Highlands.

Iona Park Estate in Moss Vale is a large, luxurious and majestic country home set on a 100 acre working horse and cattle farm and is around a 90 minute drive from Sydney.

For our Autumn yoga weekend we will occupy this beautifully warm and light filled house which also offers us a unique opportunity to do our practice in the serenity and spaciousness of the countryside. To compliment our stay there is time to take some contemplative walks around the private grounds, sit in the covered outdoor verandahs or in front of the fireplace inside, play some tennis on one of the two pro clay tennis courts or take a plunge in the swimming pool.

The villages of Moss Vale, Bowral and other SH towns are short drives away, however you will find everything needed onsite at Iona Park.

This retreat is for anyone that has done some yoga to the more experienced. We arrive Friday by 2.00 PM for a 4.00 PM start and conclude 12.00 Noon Sunday. Moss Vale is around a 90 minute drive from Sydney.

Costs
* A deposit of $300 is required upon booking and to block a space.

Costs per person: Double or Twin share: $950 per person.
Includes 2 nights accommodation, all yoga tuition, all meals, including tea, juice, coffee, etc,
* Final payment due by February 21, 2025.

Accommodation
* All rooms are shared, spacious and well appointed. There is a maximum of only 2 people sharing per room. This is especially good if you’re more inclined to prefer a single room as we don’t stack people into rooms which is why this retreat’s capacity is limited and more bespoke. There are 2 double bedrooms which would be more suited for couples however please note for this retreat we can’t accommodate non-participating partners. There are many bathrooms, some are ensuite and some shared with max. 3 people. You can view more information about Iona Park HERE
