Join in from home for this winter’s 4 morning intensive online. This is a time when we tend to hibernate so it’s a great opportunity to step up the practice and keep the body moving.
The intensive will include a range of asana sessions to help the body warm up and moisturise whilst enhancing more strength and stability. Then into quiet and calm. In yoga, we can have both, just what we need for our mid-winter practice!
Other information:
*Yoga is done on an empty stomach. Please ensure to allow at least 3 hours after a main meal.
*Please advise via email of any physical limitations or conditions before attending.
*Sessions open 5 minutes before the start time.
