Tuesday and Friday 7.00 – 8.15 AM

Each month, look forward to bringing yourself into a quieter, stiller space. Working with asanas and a few props to settle the mind and the cells in the body will help you to regroup into your true mind / body foundations to ultimately create more mental and physical space.

Restorative yoga is an important inclusion of a well rounded practice, and Iyengar Yoga is renown for sequences that benefit the body and mind in many ways.

These sessions are also a great benefit if you happen to be recovering from ailments or injury, as the rejuvenation nature of restorative yoga works to promote healing and health. The restorative mornings may also include some pranayama ( breath-work ) depending on the sequence.

You’ll need a few yoga props and a space to yourself. People considering joining these sessions should be familiar with the Iyengar method and use of props. Check with me if you’re unsure.

  • Dates*: NOV 25 / 28 | DEC 16 & 19 ( 1 week earlier due to Xmas )
    *The 4th full week when both days are in the same week.
