Classes are general level which covers beginners with some experience to seasoned practitioners. You will need some basic yoga props, a mat, strap, 2 blocks. Some blankets for shoulder stand, a bolster and a chair would also be good additions!
Book via the form below up to 1 hour before the class day & start time. You will then be sent the class link 1 hour before the start time plus payment details.
Get ready for zoom by positioning your mat in view of the device you are using and angle so you can see yourself in the screen. The zoom session opens 10 minutes before.
Cost: Single class: $16 OR $65 for a 5 class pass.
‘Rona’ relief: I am offering classes for people who are currently on JobSeeker (the dole) or financially affected by the pandemic. Please be in touch.
Victor Chang: yoga group please use your current class passes to attend.
NOTE: VC people with current full time student cards can attend for a reduced cost of $10 per session.
Zoom tip: Downloading Zoom is simple. Go to: https://zoom.us/download and press download to suit either Mac or PC OR just click on the ‘Meeting’ link I send and follow prompts to get going. You can also just click the zoom class link you’re sent and zoom will simply open. Easy!
Private Sessions on zoom
1 hour. Up to 2 people can attend each session. These sessions are best for people with some foundational yoga experience. You will need to have ready props and mats etc. A bolster and chair would also be good prop additions!
You will be sent a link via email to the zoom video ‘meeting’ link 1 hour before your agreed session start time. Please position your mat in view of the device you are using and angle it down around 45 degrees and be ready to start at least 10 minutes before.
Costs & Booking:
$65 per session or $250 for a booked block of 5 dates. Prior bookings are essential!
