Coming out of winter is a profound time for the mind and body.
We start to emerge out of a more introspective world into a more open and softer world.
Through practice we use the winter’s storage of energy and thoughts and bring these out for use giving us more access to asana and a freer mind.
As spring comes around again, we prepare our houses, connect again socially and start to make our way out into the world.
Yoga practice also has this season of renewing and making our way forward with a more accessible body and willing mind.
